I have been to the big box hardware store twice today, and the local hardware store three times. I think this might be a personal best.

Sad part is it was mostly to get parts to correct things the original builders were too lazy to do properly.

I generally have to make multiple trips because of the stuff I break during the project...

We did find the screwdriver the husband dropped into the wall when he moved the light fixture about six years ago though.

Usually we just forget stuff and have to keep going back. Or lose stuff but find it after the job is done.
