I can't even take credit for that - mrspollifax has been trying to drum it into my thick head that it's not cheating if you're revisiting your own ideas. But yeah, there's always that one plot that just doesn't quite work with the characters at hand, and then you discover a new fandom and it's like things just click into place.

Or else just write terribly OOC fic and hope nobody notices. ;)
